We were so excited when Katlynn and Andrew showed us a new location for their riverside engagement photos in Bragg Creek. There’s seriously no better way to start the day than a nice golden morning down by the river!

How did you meet?
We met in our first year of university. Katlynn was sitting outside a class waiting for it to start talking to a mutual friend and Andrew walked up to talk too. Katlynn noticed Andrew had a few stitches on his hand and immediately asked what happened. We sat together in class that day and the rest is history.
Engagement story:
It was a Saturday afternoon. We had gone to the dog park to walk the dog and went to vote. Andrew carried around the ring all morning waiting for the right time. We went home for lunch and Andrew kept asking Katlynn which type of bullet he should take hunting with him the following day. Katlynn kept saying I don’t know it’s up to you which ever you want. Unknown to Katlynn, Andrew had the ring in his back pocket. Katlynn was standing in the kitchen with her back to Andrew when he said okay pick a hand left or right. Katlynn said left and when she turned around Andrew was holding the ring. After several minutes of “wait are you serious. Really. Are you sure” Katlynn said yes.
